A weekly schedule is important for everyone to keep themselves organized in this busy and fast world. Making a weekly schedule isn’t a big deal and anyone can create a weekly schedule for themselves but keep in mind your weekly schedule flexible enough as emergencies never come knocking at your door.
- One can create a weekly schedule in PC using Microsoft word or Microsoft Excel as well as can create in a diary or any simple sheet. Use the thing that you can carry and deal with comfortably.
- Divide the sheet into three equal parts with headings like personal activities, work related tasks, important events, exercise etc. You can also write different things and activities particularly with their names on the sheet like gym classes, exercise, training classes, office timings, events etc. The best thing about a weekly schedule is that you can easily schedule your routine for the coming events.
- If you are using paper sheet or a Microsoft word document then divide the sheet into 8 equal columns. In the first column write the names of the events and activities and in the rest of 7 columns assign appropriate timings to each activity. On the top of the 7 columns write day names as headings.
- Don’t forget to write meal timings and relaxation timings as this will help you to move on the track.
- Start your weekly sheet from the time you get up in the morning. For example if your clock alarm is set at 6 a.m., then start your weekly sheet from 6 a.m. to the 6 a.m. of the next day. Also mention the time you go to bed.
- Every night, before going to bed, review your weekly schedule in order to check that you have completed all the tasks you have to do in a particular day. If there are tasks that you didn’t perform due to a reason or another tick them or write them in a separate column with a new schedule.
The weekly schedule task is good and beneficial and everyone should try to strictly follow the schedule in order to avoid any kind of difficulties and issues.
