• If you are using a paper sheet or a Microsoft Word document then divide the sheet into 8 equal columns. In the first column write the names of the events and activities and in the rest of the 7 columns assign appropriate timings to each activity. On the top of the 7 columns write day names as headings.
• Don’t forget to write meal timings and relaxation timings as this will help you to move on the track.
• Start your weekly sheet from the time you get up in the morning. For example, if your clock alarm is set at 6 a.m., then start your weekly sheet from 6 a.m. to 6 a.m. of the next day. Also, mention the time you go to bed.
• Every night, before going to bed, review your weekly schedule in order to check that you have completed all the tasks you have to do in a particular day. If there are tasks that you didn’t perform due to one reason or another tick them or write them in a separate column with a new schedule.

The Weekly Schedule task is good and beneficial and everyone should try to strictly follow the schedule in order to avoid any kind of difficulties and issues.
